Job Duties:

Perform pre-testing (visual field, autorefractor, OCT, Optos).
Verify insurance eligibility and copays.
Prep and scan charts.
Scan and organize invoices.
Schedule appointments.
Answer calls.
Take payments.
Help patients with glasses selection and checkout.
Order and check in glasses.
Perform the Daily Closing.

Qualifications:

Excellent organization, communication, computer and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
Administrative experience is preferred.
Billing and medical experience would be helpful.
