Job Duties:
- Perform pre-testing (visual field, autorefractor, OCT, Optos).
- Verify insurance eligibility and copays.
- Prep and scan charts.
- Scan and organize invoices.
- Schedule appointments.
- Answer calls.
- Take payments.
- Help patients with glasses selection and checkout.
- Order and check in glasses.
- Perform the Daily Closing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organization, communication, computer and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills.
- Administrative experience is preferred.
- Billing and medical experience would be helpful.
